Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases on Lessit are generally non-refundable once the gift card code has been delivered. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Once a gift card code is issued and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. This policy applies because digital codes are instantly accessible and may be used immediately.

To raise a refund request, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the purchase with your order ID and a description of the issue.
All refund requests are subject to verification. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or as platform credits, within 5–7 business days.
Orders cannot be cancelled once a gift card code has been generated or delivered. If the payment fails, no amount will be deducted from your account.
