How to Redeem

Online

1.Go to stayvista.com
2.Enter your destination, dates, and guests.
3.Browse and select your preferred villa.
4.Click Book Now and fill in the guest details.
5.In the “Coupons and Offers” section click on “Future Stay Voucher / Giftcard” (next to Coupon Code).
6.Input your voucher / gift card code and click on apply.
7.Ensure the gift card value is deducted from total price.
8.Pay the remaining amount (if any), and confirm the booking.

Terms & Conditions

Comes with the validity of 12 months and can be accepted on stayvista.com and the mobile application.
Gift Cards must be applied prior to completing payment and cannot be applied retrospectively to confirmed bookings.

Gift Cards may be used for full or partial payment of a booking.

If the booking value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid using available payment methods.

If the booking value is lower than the Gift Card amount, the remaining balance shall be retained and may be used for future bookings within the original 12-month validity period.

Gift Cards cannot be combined with other promotional offers, including coupon codes or bank discounts, unless explicitly stated otherwise by StayVista.

Gift Cards cannot be used for security deposits, on-property payments (unless explicitly enabled)

No returns and no refunds on Gift cards, E-Gift cards and E-Gift vouchers.
