At Lessit, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable experience when purchasing digital products. Due to the nature of digital gift cards, our refund and cancellation policy is outlined below.
In this policy:
- “Lessit”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to the Lessit platform.
- “User”, “You”, or “Your” refers to any person who purchases or uses services through our platform.
1. No Cancellation After Delivery
Once a digital gift card code has been successfully delivered to the user, the order cannot be cancelled. Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital gift card delivery, cancellations are not possible after the code has been issued.
2. Non-Refundable Purchases
All purchases made on Lessit are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once the digital code has been delivered. Users are advised to carefully review the gift card brand, value, and details before completing the purchase.
3. Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:
- The gift card code delivered is invalid or non-functional
- A technical error occurred during delivery
- A duplicate transaction was processed due to a payment issue
All refund requests will be reviewed and verified by the Lessit support team before approval.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- The amount will be processed back to the original payment method, or
- Credited to the user’s Lessit wallet, depending on the situation.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and bank policies.
5. Third-Party Brand Policies
Gift cards available on Lessit are issued by third-party brands. The validity, redemption rules, and expiry dates are determined by the respective brands. Lessit is not responsible for brand policies related to gift card redemption or usage.
6. Fraud Prevention
Lessit reserves the right to refuse refund requests if fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, or violation of our Terms and Conditions is suspected. Accounts involved in suspicious transactions may be suspended or permanently restricted.
